AMKAMAC AS-CLC cycle control for lathes

To make it easy for users to operate conventional, servo-electric lathes, AMK has developed cycle control for lathes. This system is based on the AMKAMAC compact controller – an operator panel and PLC combined in a single incredibly compact unit. With its IP65 degree of protection at the front, it is ideal for use in lathes.

 

Cycle control provides a range of preprogrammed functions, which make it very easy for users to operate and handle conventional servo lathes and mean that all they have to do is enter the dimensions from the drawings into the operator panel.

- Flexible and scalable system

- Can be customized to your individual requirements, as motors from a very wide range

  of performance classes can be used

- Maximum precision due to the use of high-quality encoder systems

- Handwheels can be connected for the X- and Z-axis

- If an external spindle encoder is used, C-axis operation can be used and thread cutting

  can be implemented

- Rotating tools for non-central drill holes as well as for longitudinal and crosswise slots
